As an Instructional Designer, my role focuses on successfully onboarding new hires. In order to maintain effectiveness with my team, this requires strong collaboration and communication with a collective focus on our mission, vision and values. As this role evolves, the success is measured by reduction in turnover as well as development strategies from feedback received by members and leadership. Step one is establishing a strong foundation and continues with reinforced support with management being thoughtful to individual goals and incentives. Our culture continues success through the strong support and commitment to learning. In addition to creating learning, I have also assisted in the training and administration for the new HRIS system and LMS.
